I am writing you this letter, not as your request, but out of a personal obligation. I feel that good work and professionalism needs to be rewarded. Dawn, thank you ! We had originally listed our home with another broker. After three months on the market and little activity, he recommended that we lower the home to the mid 50's. This during the summer months when it should have been marketed with frequent viewings.

Enough of the negative, now on to the positive. Dawn sold our home for $74,900. This did not happen by accident, it was due to her hard work and professionalism. She had frequent open house days, she advertised in the local paper and with local targeted mailings. Dawn followed up with all and kept in contact with the prospective buyers. She also kept us informed.

In addition, she was very pleasant to work with...the epitome of customer service. I highly recommend Dawn.
